They are members of the Fled Family.
The Fledists are a community of visionaries and transformational leaders from across Africa. They possess the spirit of excellence and service.
The Fledists are change-makers; they build businesses, organizations and institutions. They build and rebuild communities and nations.
The Fledists are creators of cultures and promoters of responsible family life. They recognize that the family unit is the foundation of any sustainable society. They are public citizens who serve in the public space for public interest.
The Fledists are the repairers of the broken systems, and the restorers of lost values and virtues.
Who are these Fledists? They are men, women, and youths groomed and nurtured in the art of humane leadership and societal transformation.
They subscribe to Fledism Leadership Philosophy. They belong to the Tribe of Fled who believe in the promotion of public interest through the practice of Fledism and transformational leadership.
The Fledists are the light in their communities and they are trailblazers. They make good things happen wherever they find themselves. The Fledists fly; they soar, they rise above mundane proclivities of ethnicity and religion, even though they belong different ethnicities and espouse different faith.
The Fledists are a different kind of people who are not given to materialistic acquisitions. Instead they embrace higher purposes of life.
The Fledists are a people to be envied, yet they envy no one. They connect people with people; reconcile communities with communities; and bring warings nations to the table for peace and mutual development.
The Fledists are a people from diverse nations and cultures; professions and vocations; beliefs and faith; social and economic status; united by the vision of human dignity.
