ADODO LEADS: A New Narrative for Purposeful Youth Leadership Design
The Centre for Leadership and Creative Entrepreneurs in Africa (CELCE Africa) has described the new leadership style of Ambassador Solomon Adodo, President of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), as an inspiring narrative; one built on purpose, empathy, fairness, justice, and youth-centric development.
In a statement by the organization, it noted that the emerging leadership design, now referred to as “Adodo Leads,” is not just a personal style of governance rather a strategic and deliberate blueprint tailored to reposition the Nigerian youth at the core of national development. The organization goes on state as follows:
