Of course there’s a popular saying that goes “health is wealth”. If we go by World Health Organization definition of health that says “health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” indeed health is actually wealth. Health is a foundation for a better life. It’s the greatest asset everyone possess.
Going by WHO definition maintaining healthiness in all the facet of life is when an individual can be termed healthy. If you are healthy physically but not mentality then you are not healthy, if you are socially but not physically you aren’t healthy as well.
Taking a look at physical health, you must involve yourself in activities including exercise to improve and strengthen your blood circulation. Sleep is good medicine for the functionality of the brain and vitality generally. You must keep feet physically by making sure you engage yourself not just in bodily exercise but also regular check-ups too.
How about social health,ย  humans are naturally social being, it’s in everyone, so, then, the quality of one’s interaction affects one’s health socially too. Studies over the years have shown that individuals with strong social connections live longer, healthier lives compared to those who live in isolation. Like they said “no one is an island” you must relate or socialize. Feeling socially connected boosts immune function, making it easier for the body to fight infections. Social isolation can suppress immune responses, making the body prone to illness.
In today’s fast pace digital world, stress, anxiety, uncertainty and depression are common challenges. It’s mostย  likely that those with mental health challenge is of greater percentage.ย  To be free from this, one must build a strong family tires, social/friends connection and above all, practice stress management strategies.ย  You don’t entertain a prolonged emotional/psychological difficulties. Build joy around yourself as you engage in some creative activities. All of these enhance your mental fitness.
Conclusively, the journey of health requires conscious effort, discipline, and care for the body, the mind, and relationships. Prioritizing health does not just extend our lifespan rather it improves the quality of every moment we live. Everything can only be possible when there’s good health.
