It may also assist with weight management by increasing metabolism and reducing appetite, and can provide relief from cold symptoms such as coughs and sore throats. Nevertheless, it is important to consume it in moderation because of its caffeine content, which can lead to side effects like insomnia and a heightened heart rate if overconsumed.
