February 17, 2026 marks 31 years since the conception of FLED Group Africa — a pan-African leadership and development institution conceived on February 17, 1995, but was physically inaugurated on April17, 1995 in Lagos, Nigeria.
What began as an idea in 1995, given to Joseph Chinenyeze Ibekwe, has grown into a structured institutional movement dedicated to leadership development in Africa, ethical governance, and sustainable institutional growth.
