They are members of the Fled Family.
The Fledites are a community of visionaries and transformational leaders from across Africa. They possess the spirit of excellence and service.
The Fledites are change-makers; they build businesses, organizations and institutions. They build and rebuild communities and nations.
The Fledites are creators of cultures and promoters of responsible family life. They recognize that the family unit is the foundation of any sustainable society. They are public citizens who serve in the public space for public interest.
The Fledites are the repairers of the broken systems, and the restorers of lost values and virtues.
Who are these Fledites? They are men, women, and youths groomed and nurtured in the art of humane leadership and societal transformation.
They belong to the Tribe of Fled. The tribe whose members have one thing in common: promotion of public interest through the practice of transformational leadership.
The Fledites are the light in their communities and they are trailblazers. They make good things happen wherever they find themselves. The Fledites fly; they soar, they rise above mundane proclivities of ethnicity and religion, even though they belong different ethnicities and espouse different faith.
The Fledites are a different kind of people who are not given to materialistic acquisitions. Instead they embrace higher purposes of life.
The Fledites are a people to be envied, yet they envy no one. They connect people with people; reconcile communities with communities; and bring warings nations to the table for peace and mutual development.
The Fledites are a people from diverse nations and cultures; professions and vocations; beliefs and faith; social and economic status; united by the vision of human dignity.
The Fledites are they that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows.
The Fledites are bold and discreet. They are lovers of people and helpers of nations. They make good things happen!
