President Buhari to Address The Nation From Eagle Square

 

Nigeria’s 60th Independence Day Anniversary, 2020 comes with a slight difference. In place of the usual live TV and radio Broadcasts, the President will address the nation from Eagle Square, Abuja on October 1.

This is contained in a press statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday by Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity

The Presidents live address will commence after the Anniversary Parade beginning at 10am. The event will be covered by major television and radio stations especially the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN).
