Brown rice cakes are a low-calorie (approx. 35-60 kcal), low-fat, and gluten-free, whole-grain snack. They provide beneficial fiber, magnesium, and manganese, supporting heart health, healthy digestion, and weight management. They are highly versatile, often used as a base for nutrient-dense toppings like avocado or nut butter to add protein and healthy fats.

 Health Benefits of Brown Rice
  • Heart Health & Cholesterol Management: High levels of fiber, magnesium, and lignans help reduce bad cholesterol (LDL), lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
  • Blood Sugar Regulation:
Brown rice has a lower glycemic index than white rice, preventing rapid spikes in blood sugar, making it ideal               for diabetes management.
  • Weight Management: The high fiber content promotes a feeling of fullness, which can help with weight control and, for some, may assist with burning more calories.
  • Improves Digestion: The insoluble fiber in the bran layer facilitates regular bowel movements and acts as a prebiotic, supporting a healthy gut.
  • Rich in Antioxidants: Contains phenolic compounds and flavonoids, which protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like cancer.
  • Nutrient-Dense: A good source of manganese (essential for energy metabolism and immune health), selenium (crucial for thyroid function), and magnesium (vital for bone health).
